Special events will also be offered during the weekend including "DJ Pool parties" featuring a great line up of west coast DJ collectives. Their is also a spa, hotel bar and restaurant. What if I need to cancel my reservation?

All hotel and tickets are non-refundable. Hotel reservations and tickets cannot be exchanged for one another either.

Does the Marriott have a ferry pickup from the Vallejo Ferry Terminal?

Can I bring my pet to the Courtyard Marriott?

Pets are allowed with a non-refundable sanitation fee of $75.00. Contact hotel for details.

How far is the Courtyard Marriott from Earthdance venue at the Solano County Fairgrounds?

The hotel is directly next door to the Fairgrounds and is within an easy 5-10 minute walk to the main gates.

Does the Courtyard Marriott charge for parking if I’m staying there and attending the Earthdance Festival?

No. If you are a registered guest, your name will be with the parking attendant at the entrance. One car per room is permitted to park.

Does the Courtyard Marriott charge for parking if I’m not staying there but attending the Earthdance Festival?

Yes.

If friends of mine are staying with me in my room and we arrive separately, do my friends have to pay for parking?

To encourage carpooling, each room is permitted one vehicle parking pass. This vehicle parking pass will be left under the name of the person who made the reservation. If you want to make a change, please contact Hotels@EarthdanceLive.com

How many people are allowed per room?

Four people are allowed per room, with a maximum of six people per room if all are in the same family. Some rooms have one king size bed (for two) and a pullout sofa (for two), other rooms have two queen sized beds (two each) and no pullout sofa.

I will not have the credit card that was used to purchase my hotel room. What do I need for check-in and picking up my tickets?

It’s in your best interest for the name on the reservation to match your credit card and I.D. If someone else books the package for you, please contact the Earthdance hotel representative at Hotels@EarthdanceLive.com once the order is placed to alert them. Also, the person checking in should bring the confirmation emails or ticket, and a credit card in your name for incidentals.

What will be happening at the Courtyard Marriott hotel?

The Courtyard Marriott has a full bar, restaurant, and pool. Daily from 1-5 pm there will be a poolside party hosted by prominent West Coast music labels and DJ Collectives.

Can I bring my own food and beverage to the outside pool/bar area?

No.

How do I pick up my concert tickets?

When you arrive at the hotel, you will check-in at the hotel reservation desk for your room. Your Earthdance wristband(s) will be waiting for you at Earthdance Festival check-in desk at the Courtyard Marriott and will be held under the name of the person who purchased them. This person is the only one who can pick up the wristbands unless advance arrangements have been made with Earthdance Hotel Representative. A valid photo I.D. is required to claim wristbands and hotel room. Sorry, absolutely no exceptions.

I booked a hotel room, but other person(s) in my party will be arriving late. How should I handle this?

While checking in at the hotel reservation desk, you can leave a room key under the name(s) of the additional person(s) in your party. You can pick up their event wristbands and leave them in either your hotel room, registration desk, or in a safe located at the registration desk. Please note that individual rooms DO NOT have safes. Make sure the others in your party have a valid photo I.D. to claim their wristbands. Once you pick up the wristbands, Earthdance is not responsible for whatever happens, i.e. they’re lost, stolen, misplaced, etc.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in and check-out times are standard: check-in at 3 p.m. and check-out by noon. You can request early check-in and/or late check-out from the hotel, and the staff will accommodate you as best as they can. You also can request that the hotel store your bags if they are unable to honor a request for an early check-in or late check-out. Keep in mind that the front desk will be busier during these peak times—if you need to get in and out quickly, be sure to plan ahead.

Can we check in early to the hotel?

Hotel check-in time is not guaranteed until 3 p.m. The Courtyard Marriott has assured us that they will do everything in their power to get in our rooms as early as possible (noon is most likely the earliest). However, if the hotel is sold out or close to sold out the night before, early check in will be difficult. Your best bet would be to call the hotel to ask about early check-in the morning of your planned arrival.

No.

Are there ADA rooms available?

Yes, there are a limited number of ADA rooms.

If we want to have more people in our room, are there rollaway beds available?

No.

Can our room be next to our friends’ room?

Please contact us and we will do our best to put you next door or as close as possible to your friends.

Can our rooms be connected to our friends’ room?

Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best to put you in connecting rooms if you contact us immediately after both rooms are booked.

I already have Earthdance tickets, can I still book a hotel?

Absolutely, just go online at earthdance.inhousetickets.com/events/136710 and go the Earthdance Festival page and purchase a hotel room. All hotel rooms are subject to availability.
