Street Teams
-HELP SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT EARTHDANCE-
As EARTHDANCE celebrates it’s first year [September 23, 24, 25 at The Solano County Fairgrounds, Vallejo, CA] we are looking for dedicated, hardworking volunteers that are interested in being a part of our grassroots street team. We are looking for music and sustainability enthusiasts who are excited about this festival and want to support the mission.
Being a street team member is a great opportunity to be involved with the festival as well as have an opportunity to earn a weekend festival pass. Each street team member is expected to be: reliable, responsible, a good communicator, music lover, and active in local events.
Earthdance Street Team Requirements are:
- To completely fill out the street team application below
- To handout multiple boxes of flyers and posters throughout the summer
- Local promotions in your town and area: coffee shops, local events, concerts, festivals, farmer’s markets, record stores, health stores etc.. [[Approximately 1500 fliers and 100 posters]]
- Social networking promotions- being active on your own and other social networking site and posting frequent status updates on festival tidbits
- Having a Facebook page is a big plus!!
- Being active on the Earthdance Street Team Facebook group, connecting with other street team members and interacting with the coordinator
- Sign up for the Earthdance newsletter email list to get updates and information for social networking status updates and word of mouth promotions
- Completing all check in forms (bi-weekly) with detailed lists of areas, events, and places you have fulfilled your street team duties
