DJ SKWINT

DJ Skwint began DJing in 1998 at the age of 15 because of love for Hip Hop music. Skwint competed in a number of national DJ competitions including 2002 Scribble Jam Champion, DMC Washington DC Regional Champion and DMC US Supremacy Runner up. Skwint's unique talents landed him opening gigs with acts such as Slick Rick, Rahzel, Ja Rule, Beatjunkies, Atmosphere, and many others. Although he graduated in the top 5% of his class in business school, Skwint decided to follow his passion for music instead. He is committed to global enlightenment and seeks to bring love and high vibration to the youth culture through music. Skwint's eclectic taste in music, which includes hip-hop, funk, soul, reggae, dub-step, house, world etc., allows him to bring ecstatic joy to people of all ages and backgrounds.
